By accessing or using boosterprofile.com, our forms, and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and clients of BoosterProfile, LLC.

BoosterProfile provides AI search visibility optimization, business profile management, review generation, call tracking, and related marketing services for restoration and home service companies.

Our services are designed to improve your visibility on AI search platforms and Google. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, AI recommendations, or any particular volume of leads, calls, or revenue, except as expressly stated in a written guarantee or signed agreement.

Any guarantee (such as a booked service call guarantee) applies only to the terms written in your signed agreement. No verbal or informal promise modifies these terms.

No one controls what an AI assistant or search engine recommends. We do not claim to control, manipulate, or guarantee what ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, or any other platform says about your business.

We build and publish accurate information about your business so that AI and search platforms have complete, correct data to reference. Results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, your market, and competitor activity.

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business, respond to calls and messages promptly, and keep your business listings in good standing.

If your signed agreement or guarantee includes client conditions (such as answering calls within a set time or using a tracking number), you must meet those conditions for the guarantee to apply.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information, assets, or customer lists you provide to us.

We request reviews only from your real customers. We never buy, fabricate, filter, or remove reviews.

If you provide a customer list for review requests, you confirm that you are authorized to share that information with BoosterProfile for the purpose of requesting reviews on your behalf. We use it only for that purpose, do not share or sell it, and delete it at the end of our engagement or on your request.

Fees, payment schedules, and terms are set out in your signed agreement or proposal. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as agreed and are non-refundable except where a written guarantee or refund policy applies.

Where a guarantee provides that we continue working at no additional cost instead of issuing a refund, that is the sole remedy for missing the guaranteed target.

Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services until payment is made current.

All content, software, tools, dashboards, reports, and materials we create remain the property of BoosterProfile, LLC, except for your own business information and assets that you provide.

Our proprietary software, including the AI Visibility Optimization System, is not licensed, sold, or made available to third parties or other agencies.

You retain ownership of your business name, logo, photos, website, customer information, and any content you provide to us.

We treat your business information, customer lists, and any non-public information you share as confidential. We do not share it with competitors or third parties except as needed to deliver our services.

If a mutual non-disclosure agreement is signed, its terms apply in addition to these terms.

Where your agreement grants exclusivity in your market, we will not provide the same services to another restoration or home service company in your defined service area during the term.

Exclusivity is defined by the service area in your signed agreement and does not extend beyond it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoosterProfile, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for the actions or decisions of AI platforms, search engines, advertising platforms, or third-party services.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that results will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will occur, except as expressly stated in a written guarantee.

We do not warrant the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, or other AI assistants.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoosterProfile, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including the misuse of customer information or reviews.

Either party may end the engagement as set out in your signed agreement. If no agreement specifies a term, either party may terminate with written notice.

Upon termination, any prepaid fees for services not yet rendered will be addressed per your agreement. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination (such as confidentiality and limitation of liability) continue after the engagement ends.

Our website and services may reference or integrate third-party tools and platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which BoosterProfile, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
